Passionflower Tincture

• Passionflower is a classic sleep remedy, having been used for this purpose for over 200 years. It is especially helpful for those with overly busy minds who find it difficult to sleep or stay asleep. Ingredients

• Each ml contains 250 mg of wildcrafted passionflower herb tops (Passiflora incarnata) in a non-medicinal base of 40% grain alcohol and purified water.

Recommended Use

• Used as a sleep aid in cases of stress-related insomnia.

Recommended Dosage

• Ages 13 and over: take 3ml before bedtime, under the tongue or in a little water, on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour after last meal). Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
